COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Max Motion MLR-31 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC071B0TS3C095B0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M3938N manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCS19F30RS0B0A28N by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MKE037B144GP0BUNN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shibaura such as MFA180MBYBF equipment made by Shibaura have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shibaura products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shibaura" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MKD112B048GP1AN made by Indramat as well as the popular MH425D63 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD112CN030N2M130GB1 by Rexroth and MFA180MBYBF spares by Shibaura are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M5740D0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Compumotor. |
